Participation Procedures and Requirements for Oral Presenters

Authors can submit full papers/abstracts and make oral presentations. |
| 2. |
The organizing committee will send an invitation letter after the full paper/abstract is accepted. |
| 3. |
Oral presenters need to get their speech well prepared (PowerPoint, audio or video materials if needed) about one week before the conference. |
| 4. |
The duration of the presentation is about 15 minutes (including 10 minutes for the presentation, and 5 minutes for Q&A). |

Equipment provided by the organizing committee: Laptop (equipped with MS-Office & Adobe Reader software), laser pointer, microphone, etc. (In-Person conference) |

Documents prepared by oral presenters: PowerPoint (PPTX or PDF format), audio or video materials if needed; |

|
Oral Presentation: 10 minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A; |
|
|
Oral presenters should get fully prepared for the speech and Q&A section in advance. |
